Road to the hotel from the main road is bumpy but fully accessible and picturesque, 20 min.

Situated in Kwa Kuchinia, Baobab Tented Camp features free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. We got stuck in the mud, along with two other cars, on our way to the camp and had to wait three hours for a tractor to come pull us out. So we arrived at Baobab Tented Camp around 9pm at night, in the dark and well after check-in. Nevertheless we were greeted with concern, friendly smiles and a hot dinner! Our first experience of the camp and it's staff sums up our entire stay there: The staff are very welcoming and go above and beyond, the tents are spacious, comfortable, clean and hit the perfect balance between luxury and practicality. We cannot recommend this place highly enough, it was the perfect accommodation for our safari adventure.

The staff was very helpful. The owner helped us with all the details we needed for planning a trip to ngorongoro crater. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Highly recommended for the location as it is very short drive to ngorongoro conservation area
