The house was very well equiped and organize. It was quiet and super cozy. The forest and the lake just beside was amazing. This cottage was absolutely magical! We stayed for 6 nights and would have happily stayed longer. It is in a beautiful secluded coastal area with a lovely view, and was spectacularly well equipped with everything we needed. It was warm and comfortable, and we also enjoyed splitting wood for the antique heating stove (although there is electric heating as well). The cottage was so beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and as we checked in over Easter weekend the hosts had made some really special Easter touches for us, which we loved!! It is in a great location with a supermarket under 10mins drive away, and close to multiple nature reserves for hiking (there is one 15 mins drive away!) - we picked it as we were in Sweden for a hiking holiday. The hosts were wonderful, welcoming, and really helpful and responsive as well. Staying here absolutely made our holiday, so thank you!!! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Michael is a very nice person who showed around and told about the place history. The house is unique and very beautiful. Regarding the stay everything was perfect and we had everything we needed.

The old house is very well renovated with old style décoration which makes it really cosy. The area is extremely calm with a few deers in the fields next door. The bath tub is a plus. The owner is extremely kind.

This place is absolutely amazing and I regret we only had short stay. I would definitely come back for longer relaxed holiday. We got a fully equipped small cottage - separate bedroom, bathroom and living space with modern kitchen equipment. Furnishing is stylish and looks new. Outside you can sit on the terrace and enjoy view of the beautiful horses. You are in the middle of nature. By short walk you get to a private beach on the lake - it is on the rocks, so maybe not for small children to play alone- but absolutely beautiful to sit, relax, you can do BBQ, swim. The nearest small town is 15 min drive where you have large supermarket and several restaurants. The hostess was friendly, came to welcome us and show everything.

Hällestrand Cottage -Sillen nằm ở Strömstad, cách Bãi biển Hällestrand 14 phút đi bộ, Daftöland 13 km và Pháo đài Fredriksten 34 km. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Even books to read or games for children. The beach is very close. Our family would like to return to this location and to this apartment. I recommend with confidence.
