Close to a beautiful forest and a lake. We had an excellent stay there, I hope we can come back one day. The area is very well taken care of and many details like flowers and decorations show that owners wanted us to have a pleasant time.

We stayed for 6 nights and would have happily stayed longer. It is in a beautiful secluded coastal area with a lovely view, and was spectacularly well equipped with everything we needed. It was warm and comfortable, and we also enjoyed splitting wood for the antique heating stove (although there is electric heating as well). The cottage was so beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and as we checked in over Easter weekend the hosts had made some really special Easter touches for us, which we loved!! It is in a great location with a supermarket under 10mins drive away, and close to multiple nature reserves for hiking (there is one 15 mins drive away!) - we picked it as we were in Sweden for a hiking holiday. The hosts were wonderful, welcoming, and really helpful and responsive as well. Staying here absolutely made our holiday, so thank you!!! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Raben‘s Cottage is a very cosy place, you feel that initially it had not been meant for renting, but that people furnished and equipped it with great care for everyday life. We felt very much at home and enjoyed the sauna and sitting before the chimney. The owner is a very nice and helpful person.

Featuring a garden with a terrace, Bara Vara Garden is a villa set in Tösse in the Dalsland Region. Guests benefit from terrace. Free private parking is available on site. The old house is very well renovated with old style décoration which makes it really cosy. The area is extremely calm with a few deers in the fields next door. The bath tub is a plus. The owner is extremely kind.

This place is absolutely amazing and I regret we only had short stay. I would definitely come back for longer relaxed holiday. We got a fully equipped small cottage - separate bedroom, bathroom and living space with modern kitchen equipment. Furnishing is stylish and looks new. Outside you can sit on the terrace and enjoy view of the beautiful horses. You are in the middle of nature. By short walk you get to a private beach on the lake - it is on the rocks, so maybe not for small children to play alone- but absolutely beautiful to sit, relax, you can do BBQ, swim. The nearest small town is 15 min drive where you have large supermarket and several restaurants. The hostess was friendly, came to welcome us and show everything.

The apartment is perfect for two, very cozy, and you’ve got everything need for your stay. Dogs are also welcome. The landlord and lady are very nice, we felt more than welcome and will recommend the place to our friends. We’ll definitely return!
