Situated just 18 km from Scarisoara Cave, Cabana Lupul din Apuseni features accommodation in Mătişeşti with access to a garden, a private beach area, as well as a shared kitchen. We loved this beautiful cabin located in the mountain. It has an amazing view, is well-equipped and even has a jacuzzi you can have access to for 50 EUR/stay. If you decide to reserve it, make sure to notify the landlord in advance so it can be warmed up for your arrival. We had a flat tyre on our car, and the house caretaker and landlord were very helpful with that. They helped us fix it so we could go on and safely reach the next step of our trip.

House furnished in traditional style. Possibility to relax on your own property. Great breakfast. Very good restaurant. We didn't use the pool, but it was available. Nice staff. We will definitely be back in the future.

Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and eager to help us with whatever we needed. They went above and beyond to provide us with nice surprises during our stay. Especially the blueberry pie and the fresh vegetables grown by them were a really thoughtful touch. The cabin itself was very spacious but also cozy and well-equipped, offering a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern convenience. We had everything, from BBQ to Playstation, board games, darts, hammocks for lounging. We felt at home, thanks to the hosts' warm hospitality and attention to detail. Another highlight were the incredible view, and the common spaces, both inside and outside, that easily accommodated our group of eight.
