The location must be one of the best in Peru. In our room, we could open the door, lie in bed and look out onto the Gocta Falls, the entire valley and listen to the birds singing in the Cloud Forest. The host, Mario, is an amazingly friendly and helpful man, great to talk to and extremely helpful. Not to mention, a great cook as well! His pizzas are world class!

Mamaq Tambo Lodge tiene vistas a la montaña y se encuentra en Cocachimba. Cuenta con restaurante, salón de uso común, bar, jardín, piscina al aire libre abierta todo el año y terraza. The location of Mamaq Tambo lodge is superb! You have a great view of the Gocta falls. But not only the location is great, the lovely host Amaryllis make you feel at home, dinner and breakfast are excellent and the stylish design of both the lodge and the houses makes it the place to stay when visiting this area!

El goctalab se encuentra a 6,3 km de la cascada de Gocta y ofrece jardín, terraza y conexión WiFi gratuita. Goctalab was our first stay on our northern Peru trip and it was truly an amazing place to jump start our travels. Sirgigo and Gianna are amazing hosts and the property is absolutely beautiful. The room was so comfortable and the view is epic. We ended up eating both dinners at GoctaLab and they were both amazing, with local flavors and excellent portions after long days of hiking!

El Gocta Andes Lodge se encuentra en Chachapoyas y cuenta con piscina al aire libre y restaurante. Este lodge sirve un desayuno buffet todas las mañanas y queda a solo 6 km de las cataratas de Gocta. The location, the view, and the staff were great. All the people were very friendly

Ubicado en el distrito de Magdalena - Chachapoyas - a 5 minutos del teleférico de Kuelap, Nuevo Tingo, Perú. El Utcubamba River Lodge cuenta con una piscina moderna y terrazas al aire libre. Communication with Janet was excellent before our arrival and she helped me with a couple of queries about the local sights. The young lady who runs the place was very welcoming and the room was absolutely beautiful in an old style with lots of space. The Wifi was average in the room but worked well on the terrace and the swimming pool was a bonus. The shower was superb!! Breakfast was good and all in all a great experience.
