Ghost Lodge is not just a place to stay; it’s a destination. Lovingly designed and built with attention to detail, a log burner to keep it cozy and warm during winter, and french doors that open up to... The place is beautiful, cleanest I've seen & the owners are absolutely fantastic. You could never go wrong with the hot tubs & sauna, its a must stay place & I will certainly be going back.

Housed in a refurbished farmhouse, Oak Lodge offers country-style rooms and the option of freshly prepared breakfasts. Providing free Wi-Fi, it features a tennis court and a spa pool. My husband and I enjoyed our stay in the extra roomy apartment. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed with a full kitchen including an oven and stove. Situated outside of town it was serene and peaceful. The hosts were personable, warm, and welcoming, and we saw them feeding an orphaned baby lamb on our departure.

We had a great time, such a special location with exceptional hospitality. Loved the "cathedral" and the stories shared about the history of the area. It was truly a unique experience.

Featuring views of the Tasman Sea, The Old Slaughterhouse Traveller's Lodge in Hector offers self-catering accommodation. There is a beautifull view on to the sea. The commonroom is nicely decorated and really inviting. Susanne is realy kind host.

Offering luxurious Eco-friendly accommodation, Paramata Lodge is 5 minutes' walk from Paramata Bold Head Beach. The lodge offers guided beach walks and lagoon kayaking. Loved meeting and getting to know Cathy and Neil. They are both very talented.

Overlooking the Hokitika River and the surrounding mountains, Rimu Lodge features a shared lounge area with a fireplace and a breakfast room with fresh fruit and juice, and homemade cereal. Amazing and exceptional host Sue went above and beyond to ensure our stay and trip is perfect. The breakfast was amazing and felt like home.
