Pōhara is an excellent location for visiting the Golden Bay and I can’t recommend the Bay Lodge highly enough.

The room has a lot of space and is very cleen. The light is great and just adds to the calm atmosphere. The Owners are very nice. I got a free room-upgrade which was greatly appriciated! I had a great time there and would say it was the best place I have stayed in!
