Situated in Russell, Arcadia Lodge Russell features free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a garden, a terrace and a bar. Hosts were amazing, informative and really very helpful and absolutely ensured you got the very best from your stay; breakfasts excellent sitting on the terrace with stunning views and completely home made foods and the whole property is made over for the enjoyment of guests. It is a home from home and full of its own history with classic furniture.

Set on a 6 acre valley of NZ bush, forest and orchard, Quirky Woods - Glamping Cabins at Maketu in Maketu offers 3 private cabins, barbecue facilities and a garden. He had no breakfast. But there was an option of having a hot drink in the morning and some breakfast. Also there was a fridge

The Dome Waikino is located in Waikino. The accommodation is 23 km from Waihi Beach, and guests benefit from complimentary WiFi and private parking available on site. Such a beautiful, natural and convenient location. It was also very private! We were greeted by the alpacas upon arrival and Amir was an amazing host! he even provided us with firewood to make a gorgeous fire at night. He was very responsive to our messages as well - a lovely host who gave us so many local tips and tricks. We will be coming back again! Highly recommend this unique spot, perfect for couples!

Ideally located just 5 minutes' drive from Whitianga town centre, WoodyHanger Lodge features views over Mercury Bay and is just metres away from native bush. It boasts an outdoor pool with bay views. The view is amazing. The apartment located away from the main house is beautifully decorated. It is a dream location and just 5 minutes drive away from Whitianga. The hosts were very nice and very discreet. We enjoyed the quietness and the beauty of the place. The 3 days that we spent there were a dream part of our vacation

Set 200 metres from Mudbrick Restaurant & Vineyard in Oneroa, this cabin features free WiFi and a terrace. The property is 900 metres from Cable Bay Vineyard and free private parking is featured. Beautiful view, surrounded by nature, felt secluded even though the road is about 20 feet above the roof level. Noise not a problem. Good amenities.

Set in tranquil surroundings with large landscaped grounds and a picturesque garden terrace with mountain views, Tongariro Crossing Lodge offers uniquely spacious rooms with historic character. The staff provided exceptional guidance so that we could take stunning views of the mountains during sunset. Very high quality breakfast. Overall, exceeded my expectations in this rather remote/resource limited (to a city person at least) location.

Situated near Mangaweka, Mairenui Rural Retreat features a garden, barbecue, and sun terrace. Free WiFi is available and free private parking is available on site. Breakfast was fresh and perfect. People were fresh and perfect.

Located in Whangamata, 1.9 km from Whangamata Beach, Amazing Kiwi Lodge provides accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning and access to a garden with an outdoor swimming pool. Clare is lovely and very welcoming with information about the area, suggestions of places to visit and eat. Breakfast was delicious and delivered to our patio. Being outside of town was peaceful, and still easy to get to everything.

Located in Oneroa in the Waiheke Island region and Little Oneroa Beach reachable within 300 metres, Waiheke Island Punga Lodge provides accommodation with free WiFi, BBQ facilities, a garden and free... We were welcomed by a fantastic host, full of humour! This is a perfect spot in the bush with wonderful birdsong surrounding you. Not far from the town centre. The homemade breakfast was delicious. Would love to go back one day!

Platinum Lodge has mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Stratford, 45 km from Yarrow Stadium. The accommodation features a spa bath. Excellent quiet property with new, top-tier fittings and fixures, friendly and helpful host, very comfortable beds, well equipped coffee/tea making facilities, room cleaned daily, continental breakfast stocked daily in the fridge in the room - allowed us to eat at leisure at our own time! Great view of Mt Taranki from the room (courtesty - clouds permitting, see attached pic). 6 min drive to Stratford town, 35 min drive to New Plymouth.
