Boasting free WiFi and views of the Southern Alps, Matuka Lodge is located on the Alps to Ocean Cycleway. All rooms feature a patio offering mountain views. This is a very cozy and well maintained house. The view from the living area and also our room is astonishing! Few rooms which made us feeling like this is our home. Mel is super nice and the breakfast was well made beyond our expectations. The location was also not bad, about 10mins drive to the nearest town, Twizel, for gas.

Andy was so lovely and helped us with any questions we had. property was stunning and had the best views of the lake. So close to all activities and 100% recommend doing the stargazing and hot springs !
