Situated in the Solitaire Region, The Desert Grace is 30 km south of Solitaire and 60 km north of Sesriem. A buffet-style dinner and breakfast can be enjoyed at the onsite restaurant. The location of this hotel is spectacular. It’s other worldly and breathtaking. We were captivated.

Located on a desert reserve between Sesriem and Solitaire, Soft Adventure Camp offers chalet accommodation for nature enthusiasts, just 30 minutes drive away from Namib-Naukluft National Park. We had an amazing stay here. When we arrived we actually got upgraded into the Namib Naukluft Lodge, which is just around the corner and has the same owners. Staff was absolutely wonderful and super helpful. Dinner was superb and very healthy. Eating under the stars in absolute quiet and tranquility was an amazing experience!

Located 50 km from Solitaire, Rostock Ritz features African-style bungalows located along the riverbeds and mountain slopes of the Namib Desert. very friendly staff and very nice views!

Communication was beyond great. We had questions that were answered super fast and when we needed to come late we were accommodated. Located south of Solitaire, Namib Naukluft Lodge is set on the private Nam Nau Habitat. Backed by granite hills, the lodge offers an outdoor pool. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar and restaurant. Stopped for the night on our way to Swakopmund. Room was nice and big for a family of 4. Excellent wifi and water pressure which is a huge plus for such an isolated place. Food at the lodge is also very good. From our verandar we were able to see animals roaming the plains and wildebeests drinking from the waterhole. Sunset rock on the property is also a nice spot to see the surrounding area and makes for great pics and viewing. The best part about the property is the way the staff treat and care for you during the stay. Only regret about this lodge is that we only stayed for a night.
