A green and beautifully run guest house where we really like to stay. The owners were some of the kindest people we met and went out of their way to give us advice and a smile! The owners talk to us very well. Dinner was perfect, very romantic and delicious buffet. We also booked a safari through them which we love, it was just the two of us in the jeep and we saw more elephants with a knowledgeable driver ( sujee ) .Definitely getting old. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality

Located in Udawalawe in the Ratnapura District region, Wild River Side provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking, as well as access to a hot tub. Best hotel so far in Sri Lanka. The manager was very kind and caring. We got a wet towel and welcome drink and a lot of water. The room even has a fridge to cool the water. They organized a safari tour with a good price/ value. We had a 12/10 stay, whished we could have stayed longer. Also great breakfast with various options and traditional food.

With Udawalawe National Park reachable in 14 km, Lizard Safari Lodge provides accommodation, a restaurant, a garden, a shared lounge and a bar. It was the best stay in Sri Lanka we ever had. The staff was so incredibly nice and kind and the room was so clean and luxurious. Incredibly Good Price. 10/10 we would recommend
