It’s hard to list what we liked as we enjoyed the place very much. So in short -location next to the great beach hidden in a forest -small hotel, only 4 bungalows -beds very comfortable -very nice restaurant with possibilities to eat on the beach -all meals just great, menu changes every day You can keep on listing, though I would say the biggest value of this place is it’s owner Barbara who keeps close eye on everything in the hotel, keeping all in order and is very helpful in assisting and negotiating decent prices for transportation, tours and even tuk tuks… knowledge of local market can’t be overrated in this area…

Manthally Cabanas offers unique, handcrafted cabanas in a Jungle setting just 1.5 mile inland from the beautiful Narigama Beach and 2 miles from Hikkaduwa Beach. Its a perfect place to be not too close not too far from hikkaduwa beach. Its away from the street hustle of hikkaduwa beach. well maintained property. just like your own small vacation home home. everything you need is arranged by Kolith who took fantastic care of us. A proper lost in the jungle kind of experience giving you a very village feel lifestyle if that what you require to disconnect in your vacation.

Situated in Habaraduwa in the Galle District region, Samalanka Boutique Hotel features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Quiet, nice and brand new hotel. Stuff is extraordinary kind, the food was brilliant. If I ever meet the owner, i'm going to ask him who planned the bathrooms :) Honestly we had nothing to complain. On top area around the infinty pool was the perfect place to chill after a long day! Make sure you take a tuk tuk to the beach and go swimming with turtles, best expierence during the whole vacation!

With Ahungalla Beach reachable in 600 metres, Ocean Pearl Cottage offers accommodation, a restaurant, a garden, a private beach area and a terrace. I highly recommend everyone stay here! This has been the best accomodation I've booked through this platform. We received exceptional service that went above and beyond what was expected making us feel very welcomed. We were lucky enough to get given a tour of the local neighbourhood and beaches to visit on our stay, as well as complimentary yoga one evening which my partner and I loved. The food was great and the room very clean. Again, I highly recommend you stay here if visiting the town.

Situated in Ahangama, Ivory Villa features free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. Brand - new apartment with all amenities for a comfortable stay and a beautiful view over a rice field, quiet and save neighborhood as well. Lasa and his wife are super kind hosts and I loved the daily home-made breakfast with fruit and fresh coconuts from their own garden. It’s been my 2nd stay already and I will definitely come back many more times.

With garden views, ORENDA ECO LODGE & SPA is set in Galle and has a restaurant, a shared lounge, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace. What a gorgeous place to stay. The staff were so friendly and could not do enough to help us. We were eating in the dining area and it started to rain, one of the staff bought us over umbrellas so we didn’t get wet. Super thoughtful. The grounds were immaculate and the whole atmosphere of the place was so relaxing.
