The staff were extremely accommodating and hospitable. They have 5 cottages, and they go out of their way to make the guests feel comfortable. For one of our family members this was a birthday trip, and chef and staff baked a full sized cake for dinner that night! Unexpected delight. They also made excellent food for lunch and dinner every day while keeping our dietary restrictions in mind (vegetarian). 100% would stay here again any time we visit Masai Mara. The services were there without being overbearing, and it felt like you were the only two people in the resort. I have traveled millions of miles and stayed in hundreds of hotels and I would put Laurel Plains amongst the top two or three I’ve ever say that we will be back with our family experience and the knowledge gained from the guides was the best part of our Africa trip.

Set in Oloolaimutia, Mara Chui Eco-Resort features accommodation with seating area. Free WiFi is offered. The property has 24 hr lighting system. The property offers garden views in every unit. We had an excellent time at Mara Chui Resort. Our rooms were absolutely big, clean and the beds were comfy. The food is top notch from breakfast to dinner. The staff were above and beyond. Everyone was so friendly and they made sure we had a lovely stay.

Sarova Mara Game Camp is nestled within in the heart of the Maasai Mara Game Reserve, surrounded by 2 streams the camp also features a exotic trees, a large fish pond and an Maasai village adjoining... very clean and spacious rooms. the hotel provided everything from bath robes, slippers, to even bringing you a hot water bottle every night as it was raining and the a little cold. food was great there was a lot of selection from pasta to Indian cuisine. staff were friendly.

Wilderness Seekers Ltd Trading As Mara River Camp is located on the North West boundary of the Maasai Mara National Reserve overlooking the Mara River. It features a swimming pool and garden. location , location, location and of course the exceptional service provided by staff. I usually never remember staff names but Rose, Moses, Joseph and their Manager Ezekiel took care of our every little need. Ezekiel gave us insight on Masai culture and told us all about the Mara and it’s animals.

Jambo Mara Safari Lodge is situated in the Masai Mara National Reserve. Free WiFi is available and free private parking is available on site. Some units feature a terrace and/or balcony. The staff were the courteous ones I have ever encountered at a hotel. Right from check-in to check-out they were friendly, cooperative, and accommodating. The staff helped us celebrate our daughter's birthday with Masai touch and a cake at no cost. Hot water is available all times and power availability was no issue. There were table tennis and snooker tables that kids enjoyed after safari trips. Food was fine also. Soft drinks and water were all included in meals.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food was lovely, even my fussy 6 year old enjoyed the food. The tent style accommodation is so enjoyable as part of the safari experience! Highly recommend!

The property was in a good position for safari. The staff were really friendly and the food for lunch and evening meals was delicious. The experience at the hotel was really authentic and loved the rented accommodation. We were very fortunate to see monkeys by the pool.
