We were only booked for one night (Sept. 15/23) and arrived after dark, which was a real shame as we found out the next morning when we woke up to the incredible views from the balconies of our 'tents'! And even though we got there after the dinner sitting, the staff were so welcoming and they had kept the kitchen open for us and accommodated our request for a lighter meal than planned. The manager, James Ndung'u and his entire staff were friendly, helpful and genuinely happy to have us stay with them. The rooms/tents are second to none with all the conveniences of home. The views are fantastic, the rooms are very clean and the bathrooms are also excellent with the bath next to the window so you can enjoy the views from the bath.

Nzai made sure my dining experience was great. He personally made me the best African tea & brought it hot and fresh (I like good tea). The rooms were large with very good hot showers and amenities. Being just next to lake elementaita, the lake view from my room was refreshing. It was overall a very lovely place. I highly recommend....Good for groups, families, couples, solo travelers, etc.
