The food was great, the service was superb and the location is incredible. We were only booked for one night (Sept. 15/23) and arrived after dark, which was a real shame as we found out the next morning when we woke up to the incredible views from the balconies of our 'tents'! And even though we got there after the dinner sitting, the staff were so welcoming and they had kept the kitchen open for us and accommodated our request for a lighter meal than planned. The manager, James Ndung'u and his entire staff were friendly, helpful and genuinely happy to have us stay with them. The rooms/tents are second to none with all the conveniences of home. The views are fantastic, the rooms are very clean and the bathrooms are also excellent with the bath next to the window so you can enjoy the views from the bath.

Lake Nakuru Lodge is a beautiful eco-lodge situated inside Lake Nakuru National Park boasting unobstructed views of the lake and wildlife. The view!!!! You look into the bush from your bed. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

The place is very homely and peaceful with a relaxing garden surrounded by vervet monkeys and the chirping of several birds. It is also a stone's throw from Lake Elementeita. The best part is that the owner is very friendly and she goes out of her way to provide an excellent service. Her traditional homemade cooking is very tasty. She also helped us to manage the next stage of our trip. This is certainly an accommodation to remember and book again.

Evans was very helpful to me from the day I checked in to check out day. Nzai made sure my dining experience was great. He personally made me the best African tea & brought it hot and fresh (I like good tea). The rooms were large with very good hot showers and amenities. Being just next to lake elementaita, the lake view from my room was refreshing. It was overall a very lovely place. I highly recommend....Good for groups, families, couples, solo travelers, etc.
