Hosts were exceptional and went out of their way to help. Rooms were larger than expected with lots of windows, and the boot room was top notch. The house is a classic ski lodge, and amazing that this option still exists when so come of Hirafu has come to be dominated by giant, sterile hotels. Hope Sato and Lodge Cowbell are there for years to come!

The service was prompt and efficient, and Nyokki went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay.
