Beautiful location. Each lodge has a fence around it. So it's great if you have dogs. No worries with them trying to wonder off. Plenty of information in lodge for walks etc. Great communication with all staff. Even the dogs are catered for with treats and bowls. Will definitely stay again.

The accommodation was a very nice self-contained annex that provided everything we needed for our stay. The owner was very welcoming and gave us an excellent recommendation of where to go in the evening.

The location is amazing and accommodation was beautiful and comfortable just like being at home, we had the best night's sleep and very warm and cosy. we went out and about lots to do even caught a Christmas market in town. loads of places to eat in and around town also close by. host was brilliant and always on hand to help.

The whole place has an eco vibe with a luxury feel; lots of greenery and bare wood, subtle lighting, and it is set in stunning woodland. We received a really warm welcome from Jon, and immediately made ourselves a cuppa from the hospitality tray. The room was nice and quiet, the bed linen was of really good quality, and the bathroom was like entering a steampunk forest grotto (with the benefit of underfloor heating). The online photos are a really good representation of this lovely hideaway. There is free onsite parking right outside the accommodation.
