Situated 500 metres from Carmen Beach, Little Escape offers an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. We had such a warm welcome from the hosts who gave us great tips and always were open to help. Great to rent Surf- boards directly from them. The house was super cosy and nice decorated and we really enjoyed the small house. Perfect for couples or small families. Thanks so much to the hosts who made our stay very special.

Located 12 km from Alturas Wildlife Sanctuary, Cabinas Costa Tropicana offers an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. Wonderful place to stay, jungle feel and not far from the beach and the centre. Host was very friendly and to be contacted at any time, she responds very fast! Great cabine with everything we needed. Possibility to do laundry.

Located in Ojochal, 2.4 km from Tortuga and 29 km from Alturas Wildlife Sanctuary, El Pulpo Safari Lodge provides accommodation with free WiFi and a garden with a terrace. The staff were kind and flexible towards my needs as a guest. All of the shared facilities were clean and useful.

Featuring a garden, a terrace, and a restaurant, Private jungle “Loft del Rio” river access features accommodation in Uvita with free WiFi and mountain views. This was exactly what I was looking for. Something deeper in the jungle yet close to Uvita and the coast. Just the peace and quiet and closeness to Nature I needed. And the cabin has no glass windows, just screens, so you can hear the music of the jungle very clearly. Nights were spectacular. I loved falling asleep to the symphony of the the surrounding wilderness and waking up to the sounds of roosters and howler monkeys (: The property has access to a river and mini waterfall which was very tranquil and serene. The drive to the cabin was a fun little adventure in itself and 4x4 is recommended. The hill that leads down to the cabin is ultra steep but you have the option to park atop the hill and walk down which is a short jaunt. The host, Wouter, was amazingly attentive, personable, and chill. He would always respond to my questions/ messages quickly. You could not ask for a better host. I can recommend Loft del Rio with total confidence and rate it a perfect 10. If you are looking to experience an immersive jungle experience that is also close to the coast, this is it.

Offering garden views, Santeria Lodge in Santa Teresa Beach offers accommodation, an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. Great location next to a beach access. Great food (local and other) and grocery next to it too. Easy to rent a surf. Surf rental is 24h which is nice vs same day. Great kitchen and fridge. Pool is nice too. Was able to park car inside gate. Friendly staff and owners. Would stay again!

Located in Monteverde Costa Rica in the Puntarenas region and Treetopia Park reachable within 2.6 km, Finca Terra Viva provides accommodation with free WiFi, BBQ facilities, a garden and free private... The room was big, spacious and the beds were good size, and had some privacy between the two beds as they had a dividing wall. Big open glass on one side of the building allowed tremendous light into the room, and the small kitchen was perfect for preparing quick meals. The provided breakfast was great - enough eggs, bread, milk and juice to last our stay. Jose our host, was very helpful and made recommendations for places to visit, and restaurants to eat at. He was also able to make a booking for us at a recommended adventure park in the area. Overall great experience and great customer service.

Boasting a swimming pool, a garden, a terrace and views of the garden, El Sol Monteverde is situated in Monteverde Costa Rica and features accommodation with free WiFi. We stayed for 4 nights in one of the separate houses, which was really spacious, lovingly decorated, offered total privacy and also the most amazing sunset panoramas. The sound of the birds at dawn and dusk and the parrots flying over every evening was unforgettable. We had everything we needed, the kitchen was well stocked, there were even snacks and drinks to buy if needed and there was a delicious menu to choose from if you wanted to order breakfast or dinner. We had dinner one night and it was really excellent food; we wished we’d done it more often. The pool area and grounds are a little piece of paradise. You can’t get enough of the view from the pool area and the pool itself is just beautiful. the whole property is completely unique and the best place we stayed in a month long trip in Costa Rica. Add to that the wonderful host Susanne, who organized so much for us, and the sweet dog Negrita, we wouldn’t hesitate to come back or to recommend this place to people looking for something truly special.

Matatagpuan may 4.3 kilometro mula sa Montezuma Waterfal, ang L&L ay nag-aalok ng outdoor swimming pool, hardin, at naka-air condition na accommodation na may terrace at libreng WiFi. Owner was so incredibly accommodating to our needs which were very complicated due to our Tavel arrangements being messed up. Friendly and went out of his way to ensure our every need was met.

Nature's Edge Boutique Hotel is an adults only property, and is a short drive up the mountain from the town of Uvita. Keith and Joe have created a tranquil paradise in the hills above Uvita. Already before you arrive they open conversation to check for any special needs or interest you might have during your stay. Their level of hospitality and attention for details in and around the Casitas create a superb experience at another level! I loved every moment of my stay! Joe's freshly cooked breakfast at the pool can compete with the best. Besides that the hosts are super friendly which made me feel at home. Highly recommended!
