Danta Corcovado Lodge offers its guests a library, Wi-Fi access in public areas free of charge and extensive gardens. Tea and coffee services are available from 06:00 to 22:00 hours. This place is fantastic! In the middle of the jungle. Trails. Very private, spotless, open air rooms with outside showers. Friendly, helpful staff, meals all great.

Offering garden views, Finca la Bonita, Playa Carate in Carate offers accommodation, a restaurant, a garden and a terrace. A patio with mountain views is offered in each unit. This place is a hidden gem! A rustic cabin with the basic facilities you need to experience the jungle up close and immerse yourself in nature. Christian and Gabriel, along with Marley the dog, are welcoming local hosts who have a huge amount of insight, history, and knowledge to share. They offer different tours, and we recommend all 3 we did - the day tour in Corcovado, kayaking, and night turtles. They also offer meals if you let them know in advance (there are no easy options locally, so we'd highly recommend), and this made the stay really easy too. This cabin is for those looking to experience the jungle on their doorstep (literally!), if you are after a luxurious stay there are eco lodges nearby, but for an authentic experience (and possibly stepping out of your comfort zone) we would 110% recommend staying here. With garden views, Kinkajoungalows - Amaya Family, Drake Bay, Osa Peninsula is set in San Pedrillo and has a restaurant, a tour desk, bar, garden and terrace. Sam and his family were really welcoming. We loved staying there. The bungalow was surrounded by nature and so close to the beach. The food was very nice too. Would highly recommend :-)

Set in Cabo Matapalo in the Puntarenas region and Tamales Beach reachable within 200 metres, Four Monkeys Eco Lodge - Jungle & Beach offers accommodation with free WiFi, BBQ facilities, a garden and... You can walk to the beach, you will be surrounded by monkeys, araras, tucanos… the owners are a really sweet couple with the cutest dogs and cats. We loved staying there.

Amazonita Ecolodge is situated in Dos Brazos in the heart of the Jungle, 16 km from Puerto Jimenez. Free private parking is available on site. All units feature a seating area. We loved the warm welcome from all the friendly furry friends- adorable dogs and the sweetest kitten Aurora. The staff was also very kind and accommodating. The sounds of the jungle during the night was amazing. The areas were as clean as can be, don’t forget you are in the jungle, it’s an open concept.

Situated in Palo Seco, 15 km from Puerto Jiménez, Finca Kobo features a terrace and views of the mountains. Free WiFi is offered and free private parking is available on site. WOW! This place is a GEM! We were not expecting the beauty and serenity all around us. The paved paths to the main area were so beautifully maintained and landscaped! Our bungalow was secluded and very clean. The owners, Jutta and Alex were so gracious and we enjoyed meeting their family, as well. It had a very 'family' feel to it. The breakfasts were delicious and we chose to stay and buy our dinners there. We're so glad we did. This place is small and there was only one other couple there so it had a very intimate feel to it. My husband and I loved hiking all their trails and saw so many birds and monkeys there! Toucans, Scarlet Macaws, warblers, wrens, parrots, and more! The monkeys came through the forest every afternoon, making spectacles of themselves and added to the joy of our stay. Oh...and don't forget to take a cacao tour! This place is a cacao plantation!! (we brought some cacao nibs home with us and they're perfect for vanilla ice cream topping!)

Surrounded by tropical rainforest, with waterfalls and nature, Luna Lodge features incredible nature tours, yoga, spa treatments, an organic swimming pool and free Wi-Fi in public areas. I don’t know where to start! - beautiful location - exceptional food - super friendly staff - great activities - and so on…

Featuring free WiFi, Corcovado Beach Lodge offers eco-friendly accommodation in Puerto Jiménez. Free private parking is available on site. Perfect location to walk straight onto the beach. Amazing staff. If you are interested in nature and the environment I recommend asking the knowledgable manager, Tomas. We look forward to our next visit, and staying longer.

Offering an outdoor swimming pool, Kalea Yard Hotel is located in Puerto Jiménez. Free WiFi access and free private parking are available in this tropical lodge. Great service, food and drinks were epic and rooms were cleaned. Thank all for an amazing experience with my friends.
