Beautiful and serene location, a truly perfect spot for nature lovers. The guided tours were fantastic, and the staff provided exceptional service - especially those working in the dining room! Would definitely return on our next trip to Costa Rica.

Terletak in Fortuna in the Alajuela region and Air Terjun La Fortuna reachable within 10 km, Chalets Silencio del Bosque menawarkan accommodation with WiFi gratis, fasilitas barbekyu, taman and gratis... Eduardo and Cires (the owners) were absolutely amazing. They were super nice, helped us with advice for our stay whenever we needed it and just overall made the stay a great experience. The included breakfast (made by them) also super tasty and they served a generous portion. Also it's possible to get your clothes washed (they even folded it) and they provide towels. Great value overall. The chalet is simple but very nice, you go to sleep and wake up with the sounds of nature. The free frog tour in the propriety is a nice extra touch, you can see how much they care about they're land and love nature. It is more than just a frog tour, it's an experience to learn about a different way to look at the world (at least it was for us).

The property was perfect for us as a couple. Close to La Fortuna and far enough away that you were out of the busyness. The kitchen was stocked well enough to make simple meals. King bed was comfortable. The view of Arenal Volcano was amazing when it wasn’t too cloudy. The patio was sheltered from the rain so you could still enjoy coffee outside in the morning. Property felt secure with remote control opening and closing.

Boasting an outdoor pool and a hot tub, La Finca Lodge is located in Fortuna, 35 km from La Fortuna Waterfall. Complimentary WiFi is available. Everything! The place is quite far from the touristy La Fortuna and it is perfect to enjoy the peaceful nature. It is like living in paradise. All the details were well thought of. The rooms are excellent as well as the staff! Everyone was very helpful and kind. They also helped us to create a plan for the rest of our trip after leaving this place (Thanks Andrés!).

The place is so pretty, you have a view of the volcano and the garden is full of nice plants, flowers and trees. We saw so many birds, it was so nice. The breakfast was great, they give you 3 options. The room was clean and very comfortable, they had hot water (not always common in Costa Rica).
