I am so happy I found this place! It's a little paradise in the middle of nature owned by an amazing family who make an effort to protect the forest and animals that live there. Birds, monkeys, frogs, butterflies... there is so much to see. Can't wait to come back :)

Featuring river views, Centro EtnoArtístico Achalay in Mocoa features accommodation, a garden, a private beach area and a terrace. Complimentary WiFi is offered throughout the property. Short walk from the road (where the bus drops you off) but far enough to feel completely in the jungle. No internet and cooking on wood, but that was great! If you bring your own food, you can cook it yourself. Jose was friendly and helpful. Another guy who was staying there for two month already made tea for us every day. Made us feel really welcome. Super sweet cat who came onto my seat immediately. She even got two super sweet small kittens. I fell in love with them! Very comfortable bed, didn’t expect it to be possible in the jungle. Sleeping with the sounds of the (wild) river and the water from the pond.

Situated in Mocoa, Posada Turistica Dantayaco features free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. Very nice location with a balcony overlooking the river. It’s lovely.
