A car rental service is available at the lodge. Maria Hau was extremely friendly and the house is comfy and clean. Location is close to downtown and quiet at night. We accidentally left a water bottle on her car when she drove us to airport and she rushed to the airport and gave it back to us right before we were about to board - extremely helpful and we really appreciate the help!

Mataveri International Airport is 5 km from the property, and the property offers a free airport shuttle service. The staff was incredibly nice. The spot was pretty cute and away from the crowds. It was very tranquil. It’s a little way (30 minute walk) from the main area but I enjoyed the walking around.

Mana Nui offers charming villas with balconies in Hanga Roa´s tranquil Tahai neighbourhood. It is 10-minutes walk from Hanga Roa diving center and 50 meters from Pea Beach. Tahai's archeologic ceremonial center is a 5-minute walk away and the downtown is just a 10-minute walk. Excellent hosts, always smiling, always ready to help. Went out of their way to make us feel at home. Came to the airport to pick us up and dropped us off. Drove us to the market and nearby restaurant and arranged tour guide. Extended check out time, provided extra towels, always answers any questions with a smile that never wavered. Kudos to the hosts! The location was great, easy walk to City center, spacious room and good kitchen.

A stovetop and toaster are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. The Cabanas Te Maori is ideally located just a short walk from the stores and restaurants of the main street. It is fully equipped if you wish to cook your own meals. The owner, Patricia, goes the extra mile to care for all possible needs, from help with booking tours to advice about the island. We very much enjoyed our 8 nights at the Cabanas and hope to return another year.

Both a bicycle rental service and a car rental service are available at the lodge. it’s in a garden near the airport ( but only 3-4 flights a week) and a 15-20 minute walk downtown the folks that run it are sweethearts they have rental cars so you don’t even have to leave the property for that…. and their jeeps are as cheap or cheaper than the places in town….

For added convenience, the property can provide towels and bed linen for an extra charge. They met us at the airport to shuttle to the Cabana even though the flight arrived a couple hours before "check in." We had a lovely cabana to ourselves with full kitchen, washing machine, and lounge. Was a nice walk into town but away from the hustle and bustle. Was quiet and tranquil at night.

Fiji and Jerome, father and daughter, were very hospitable,warm, and kind. Our cottage was a quaint Polynesian inspired style. I felt at home. I would definitely stay here again. The bungalows have a balcony or a terrace, offering outdoor furniture to enjoy a meal. location was amazing right you can watch the incredible sunsets right in front of the moai statues. The cabana was two floors plenty of space. Beds were comfortable . Staff was extremely helpful . Value was great too
