The cabañas maria hau are very recommendable! Everything was very clean, just as it appeared in the pictures. The 4 cottages come with a well equipped kitchen and are hidden in a beautiful garden full of flowers and with a lot of shade and privacy for each terrace. I was very glad that the windows are protected with moskito protection screens, so that we had no problems with flys or moskitos! Maria was so helpful with all questions we had at any time of the day. Additionally they picked us up and brought us to the airport. They even organised a guided tour for us from one day to the other, calling all guides they knew. We just felt like part of their family! I would defenitely come back to this beautiful gem on the isla de pascua!!!! Thank you so much Maria and Laura!

Staff were super friendly and Jimena was a great host. A bowl of beautiful local fruit was a bonus. Pickup and drop off at the airport was super easy and on time. If you want to walk to restaurants book a room in town. The location seemed to be 1,000,000 miles away from civilization, but in fact, it was only 14 minutes from town. I felt like I had the best of both worlds. The view from my bedroom window and patio was picture perfect. Watching the sun come up every morning filled my heart and soul. Sidenote: This site has a glitch and will not allow me to give staff, facilities and cleanliness a rating. Staff (the owner) was a kind and generous woman. The facility and cleanliness was top-notch.

The location is stunning! We had beautiful views of the ocean, sunset, and Moai from our cabana. It was an easy walk into town. Miti picked us up from the airport, was our tour guide, and helped us arrange our itinerary. From the moment we met her, it felt like we had a close personal friend on the island!!
