Set in Wawa in the Ontario region and Sandy Beach reachable within 6.1 km, High Falls Motel & Cabins offers accommodation with free WiFi, BBQ facilities, a garden and free private parking. I loved everything about our High Falls cabin. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and best of all, quiet and quaint. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The proprietors were friendly and helpful. I’ll tell everyone I know, who is headed in this direction, to book a cabin at High Falls. I wish I could have stayed a week! It was the best stay in a week of lodging rentals.

Providing a bar and free WiFi, Red Bay Lodge provides accommodation in Red Bay. At the lodge you will find a restaurant serving American cuisine. Breakfast was great - choice of shakshuka or traditional Canadian breakfast: eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, pancakes, etc. Room was extremely clean. I believe they said it has all been renovated in the past few years. The bathroom looked new, eveyrthing worked (hot water, fridge, fans), no window leaks (air or bugs). Location was close to Lion Head hiking and about 1 hour away from Tobermory / Bruce Peninsula. There is also a short walk to a public beach access across the street. Staff was friendly and welcoming for check in and at the restaurant. Firepit was great at night with friends and to meet others staying on property. There was also live music until 11pm on Saturday. Wifi was pretty strong and could get through some work emails or watch a video. Also, it is one of the few dog friendly properties, which is a major reason we chose to stay here. There were about 5+ dogs that overlapped our stay but everyone was respectful and gave space.

Located in South River in the Ontario region, Shores of Deer Lake provides accommodation with free private parking. We love the place, the unit is fully equipped with everything you might need (including dish soap, sponge, towels, toilet paper etc), kitchenette has all utensils. The unit is very spacious and upgraded, facing lake and a large lawn. Not crowded and you can relax at your own peace. We brought our puppy and it was safe for him to running unleashed. It feels like you’re visiting your parents living up north, so comfy and cozy! We would like to thank Derek and Jeffrey for making our stay amazing and helping with all routine questions.

Located 600 metres from Sauble Beach, Sauble River Marina and Lodge Resort offers free bikes, a garden and air-conditioned accommodation with a patio and free WiFi. Kudos to the team here for their excellent work. The property is comfortable, clean, and quiet - perfect for a relaxing vacation. We especially enjoyed kayaking on the river. Thank you!
