Just 1 km from Lake Louise, Paradise Lodge and Bungalows offers spacious lodge rooms and fully equipped cabins. The property is surrounded by gardens which include a barbecue and a playground. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms were charming, practical, and exceptionally well maintained. I would definitely recommend getting one of the second floor lodge rooms rather than first floor. You have to trade a queen bed for a sofa bed in the living area and you get beautiful high ceilings and more windows in return.

Located in Banff National Park in the Canadian Rocky Mountains, this lodge offers free guided hiking programs and free canoeing. Each room and cabin features custom made, hand-crafted log furniture. Amazing stay. The lodge is just next to the lake. It has a nice big window with an amazing lake view. Complementary canoeing made this trip more interesting.

Featuring an indoor pool, this resort boasts panoramic views of Banff National Park and the Canadian Rockies. Free Wi-Fi is included. Banff centre is 850 metres away. The location is away from the busy town centre but it is still in walking distance if you’re a little fit. Bus service every 1/2 hour. Reasonable cooking facilities.

The property is very spacious and comfortable and had sufficient cooking equipment so we could cook dinner. Firewood is provided daily. We will definitely go back next time we’re in the area.
