Fully equipped apartment. They had thought of everything and supplied for everything. Plenty of toilet paper for the stay, washing detergent, even cotton buds and cotton pads, tissues. They had considered everything. They even had a night light in the bathroom which was a great touch . Modern furnishings with a very large comfy bed. Lots of storage space. TV with lots of channels and streaming services ready like Netflix. Fully equipped Kitchen. With table and chairs. Washing machine and drier.
Secure underground car parking and a great location in Canmore.
We felt so comfortable and relaxed staying here.

Elkhorn Lodge is lovely accommodation with great character in a beautiful peaceful location only a few minutes walk to the centre of Banff. Katrin sent us excellent directions to the property and there is plenty of parking on site. It is spotlessly clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. It is also very spacious with areas to sit outside in the garden. When we arrived JP was working on the finishing touches of the Outdoor Tub which is in a lovely situation.
Harvie Heights, Canmore

I love the location and the balcony unfortunately our room was not facing the mountains which we would love to. Was good to have a safe parking area under the lodge. The kitchenette was very organized too with all the esentials. There were bathrobes that other lodges don’t provide. I like the big mirrors.
The staff was super helpful and friendly, but the size of the room, the general cleanness of the room, as well as the facility, were imposing. We underestimated the "to go" breakfast, but as it turned out, I loved the breakfast. Lodges usually tend to be small, but Basecamp was huge in terms of the rooms, and the facility
The room was very nice looking with a fireplace, wooden headboard but also modern touches. We also enjoyed the balcony with a decent view of the mountains. The lodges are also beautiful from the outside. We received a free room upgrade to a King Room which was very spacious, and the staff called about half an hour after check in to make sure everything was okay with the room. The bed was very comfy and overall the hotel felt luxurious.
Scenic views, amazing staff, great lodges with fireplace. The spa facilities with amazing views too. Were given bus passes into the town! Parking available too.
The lodge was very clean and very comfortable. We love that the sheets were so fresh and new, towels as well. The bathtub was the cleanest one we have ever seen in any hotels or lodges. The bathroom was also very clean and proper. Staff were lovely and left a birthday card for our daughter. Thank you!

Great views of surrounding mountains. Ski lodge feel. Friendly staff. Excellent recently refurbished restaurant on site.
Very close to centre of Banff. Amazing mountain views. Spacious room with fridge, safe, kettle, coffee maker, huge comfortable bed. Balcony. Lovely airy feel inside with a central atrium to look down on. Cosy ski lodge feel
