This simple accomodation together with a nice freshly cooked breakfast was fair value for money. The owners and the staff were very pleasant. The facility, being quite new was pleasant. The room security was better than ever experienced, with 14 Bolt main door and very secure entrance to the open garden. The location is on a rural main road and the property is secured with full surrounding high electric fencing and solid steel gate. Almost inpenetrable, but a sign of the crime sitution in S Africa. We felt very secure inside the property, though.

Iian was a great host. Somehow the water for our lodge disappeared during the night and he was there just after -7h00 on Sunday morning to sort it out. The surrounding area. water stream was immaculate and we spent a lot of time there. It was great. I would have a light on the outside braai but we managed and we had just the greatest of times.
