I travel for work and often on the last minute. Kathu Gamagara lodge always goes the extra mile securing accomodation and breakfast packs for leaving to early for mine visits. The staff are all just fantastic, friendly and know how to assist on the end of a long day. Allways there, always safe and always friendly - thank you team!

The Lodge is situated in a great location and is easy to access. The security is great, and you feel secure the whole time. The restaurant is nice and is linked to a well know coffee shop chain. Food was great.
The manager on duty was very pleasant and helpful. The resturant was closed so they could not serve breakfast but we were refunded the amount the lodge charges for breakfast.
Great location, very safe, very clean!
They upgraded our one room from standard to deluxe at no extra cost so that our room and children’s rooms were adjacent!
The breakfast was included and was delicious!
We will definitely stay there again and will recommend Gamagara Lodge.
We loved the facilities, food and the service from the kitchen staff. The game drive with Ike from the lodge, was the highlight of our stay. He is very educated and informed us about all the plants and game on the farm. The chef was very capable and treated us with a proudly South African Cuisine
This beautiful lodge is such a gem! We cannot express how wonderfull the staff were, so helpfull & friendly. Thank you Elaine & Abre! Delicious food, lovely wine! We loved the early morning game drive. Can’t wait to return!
