It was an absolute bliss to stay at Maison De Hill Home. It's by far the most beautiful and cozy place we've come across during our 28-day trip through Vietnam. We were fortunate enough to spend some time with the owner and her brother, who explained to us that the place is inspired by the traditional way of building houses and was constructed by the locals. They aim to empower the locals to take care of tourism instead of outsiders taking over it. Moreover, they encourage local children to attend school.
If we ever do the Ha Giang loop again, this is the place we want to make sure to stay.
Wishing you all the best with your endeavors!
Kindest,
Erika and David
