The location is ideal, just up the street from the beach. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. They help guide you to good places to eat, activities to do and pricing of products sold in the village. We feel very safe here. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The pool is perfect and even has jets in it.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Utupoa. After three nights, we really felt like it was our home away from home. The building is a wonder and itself worth the visit. Warere is situated in a remote area, so quiet and peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of kendwa and nungwi but yet just 5 mins drive from the hotel .

The place was clean though the surrounding area is very dirty. The girl at the lodge is super nice. The cooking area is quite spacious. The beds are different but comfortable.

A wonderful and beautiful place to relax! The Lodges are all located right at the Ocean, Ocean view included. The beach is empty, I have been alone at the beach most of the times.

Nice quiet complex with friendly staff and a beautiful pool and garden. Oh and delicious breakfast, finally a bit different from all other Tanzanian lodges we stayed at.
