Very beautiful colonial place. Has an excellent view of the ruins from the terrace. Breakfast was fresh and good. Rooms where big and comfy. Even though it was a very cold night, the staff gave us heaters so we didn't feel cold. They took care of our bags while we explored the town. Overall, we would refer to friends.

What a tranquil and welcoming property tucked away from the hustle and bustle in the sacred valley! Rudi and Claudia were exceptional hosts. They were so friendly and hospitable. Dinner was fantastic and they even accommodated my friend’s vegan needs. Our room was gorgeous with an amazing view and balcony. The bed was cozy and warm. We ended the evening next to the fire, gazing at the stars with Túpac the Llama. Rudi even arranged a few guided tours for us that were absolutely perfect!

This is a nice small lodge close to the main part of Ollantaytambo and not more than an easy 15 min walk to the train station to go to Machu Picchu. The breakfast is very good- coffee, tea, bread, & eggs cooked to order, plus fresh bread, fruits & veggies- all delicious. The owner/operator and his family are super nice & helpful. Also, the owner is very knowledgable about Peru & things to do. He's an official tour guide if you want to hire him for your excursions. We'll be back sometime, hopefully soon!
Amaizing Lodge was the perfect place to stay, with the soundof the river and mountain views, just 10 minutes walk from the main square. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, with good English and french .The accommodation was simple but comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good with the coffie, fruit salad , fresh orange juice and made to order eggs each day. The WiFi worked well. The staff reached out proactively offering advise re directions etc
It's gorgeous Lodge in Ollantaytambo! quite and near to the river , The staff and owners were amazing and so helpful and kind. My room was so beautiful with views of the Ollantaytambo Ruins. Breakfast was lovely, fresh, and locally sourced. really hot shower i think the best shower we have in all our trip , we Spent some time also relaxing in the lounge area, drinking all the different teas on offer. Highly recommend this wonderful lodge

Tunupa Lodge hotel is very nicely located In Ollantaytambo with a 5 minute walk to the train station and a 5 minute walk to the town square, The grounds are lush and serene with a beautiful view of the Ollantaytambo ruins and the Andes Mountains. The rooms are clean and quiet. The staff goes out of the way to make our stay comfortable.
I liked the hosts very much. It felt like coming home every time I entered the door. They are very kind, for example they make you feel at ease, arrange day trips for you, make nice breakfast, do your laundry. They are the best.
Also, the view from my room was beautiful. You could see the mountains by laying in bed. The lodge is 5-10 min walking from the main square but that was nice regarding the noise.
The beautiful property with a wonderful garden and mountain views is situated just minutes away the the center square. Quiet and secluded and just a short walk on a narrow cobblestone lane to restaurants, markets, etc. The Lodge is rustic, spotlessly clean, with very comfortable rooms and warm/welcoming staff. Fantastic value.
The facilities were great. The lodges themselves were spacious, very warm with the log burner, extremely quiet and a very comfy bed with zero problems with hot water within the bathroom. We were lucky enough to have a clear nights sky where the stars lit up the sky like someone had flicked white paint into the sky, absolutely beautiful.
