The river safari was absolutely amazing. It’s a small walk to the pier from the lodge but we managed to see elephants, crocodiles, monkeys, loads of birds and even 2 orangutans! Kai was an excellent tour guide.

I like the fact that the auntie feed us with more than we can eat! Comfortable lodge, peaceful and serene place to get away from the bustling cities and work life. Slept like a log during our stay here. The lodges equiped with air conditioning, hot heater, basic amenities..they even have all day coffee tea.

A superb hotel a 6 minute walk away from the Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre. Very spacious and well-equipped wooden lodges in the middle of the rainforest. Very nice staff and great food in the restaurant.

This is a jungle lodge just as you imagine it. Typical regional construction style, warm-hearted local staff and a lot of nature around. Other lodges down the river may be more luxurious, but for us it was a great start of our nature/wildlife roundtrip on Borneo. Tours organized by the lodge were interesting and could be arranged in a pleasantly flexible and spontaneous way. We´d like to say thank you to the young and kind lodge team, who made us feel as welcome as we could be!

The resort and surrounsings are just stunning. The house was beautiful and clean. The resturant serves very good food, the service was just lovely. It was one of the my favorite lodges I have travelled to. The location is amazing- 3 min walk to the Orangutan And Sun bear centers, 15 min walk to the Rainforest Discovery center. I wished I have stayed longer..

Its location is perfect, 5’ walk to the orangutan sanctuary. The main building and lodges are situated around a lake with views onto the reserve/ jungle. lodges are spacious and well maintained. The best bit about the resort is the staff, so helpful, attentive and knowledgeable - they went out of theirs way to make my stay amazing.
