We had a wonderful stay at Mominoki Lodge. Zack & family were the best hosts. The house was beautiful, perfectly clean, they had all and any little things you might need (lots of towels!!). They kindly left some food supplies for us to get us started. The beds were very comfortable. We used the outdoor bbq and firepit twice, which was wonderful. There is lots to do in the area within 30 minute drive - we went rafting with Canyons, kayaking with House Nomad, crafts in Takumino-no-sato, and Takaragawa onsen. Do not hesitate to book Mominoki Lodge. You will not regret it!

It was very clean and well maintained, the bedding was super comfortable and the air conditioning really helped cool down the summer heat. We were there for Fuji Rock and the location is really great for getting the shuttle bus to the venue and back. The lodge even offered a free service back to the station the day after the festival. Staff were super friendly and helpful too.
The environment and view in the winter is absolutely stunning. Although the lodge itself doesn't offer a hot spring, free coupons corresponding to nights of stay for an adjacent public hot spring was provided.
I am very satisfied with the service! The cleanliness, facilities, hospitalities are all high thumbs up! Even feom outside we can tell the lodge is well maintained. The room is also smells good, and the futon is also clean. The owner is very humble to let us check in early, even they gave us free shuttle bus service to Naeba Ski Resort. I will definitely go back.
