Ideal for nature lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and have kitchen facilities. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than vacation homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.
An extremely warm welcome. Room was beautifully decorated, comfortable and everything was thought of. The hosts couldn’t do enough for us and made every effort to provide a first class stay. Breakfast with local produce was cooked to request and delicious, plus a wide and generous choice of other breakfast items.
Our dogs were also welcomed and cared for. Cottage gardens immaculate and an amazing colourful display. Little seating areas dotted around and a lodge bar in the garden. Best B&B we have stayed at!
