We loved the privacy and quirkiness, it was an ideal restful mini break . Our first time away together and couldn't of been more appropriate as so peaceful. Loved sitting by the fire outside, cooking on it. The Hobbit house was very cosy, was no need to light the log burner even though the weather was stormy. Would highly recommend.

Lovely property could almost live there all year round Of the 4 lodges Heron Lodge has the best uninterrupted views along with Alpacas Ponies and Sheep literally on your doorstep
The property was the middle of 3 lodges in a very secluded area just outside Leigh on Mendip. We book very last minute, night before arrival but that made no difference as the lodge was ready for us with a lovely little welcome basket. It is so quiet there yet close to amenities in the village. We will go back.
Very comfortable good looking lodge with amazing views. Hot tub was great, well maintained. You would need a car to get places, this was fine for us. Would highly recommend these lodges. Wish we could have stayed longer 🙂
The lodges are unique and Jono and the team have thought of absolutely everything. A really comfortable stay in a beautiful place. Jono was attentive and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
Lovely pub with separate lodges to stay in. Really nice vibe, accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed. Very comfortable bed. The uncooked breakfast option was described as 'light', but had everything you can imagine that wasn't cooked and was great value ( and included warm croissant and toast). All staff were great too.
We booked for a hen weekend, everyone loved it, lodges lovely and clean, hot tub lovely, view beautiful. We all said we would love to return.
The location was so peaceful and the lodge was beautiful. Only 3 lodges in total so a really quiet place. The location Is perfect, a quiet rural village within a 30 minute drive to Longleat, wookey hall, and all the places you want to visit. Weston super mare within the hour I'd guess. Lovely place will return again.
Lovely clean and comfortable lodges with great family areas. Surrounding area is lovely and quiet and we saw a bunny running across the grass! It is also excellent value for money and really close to a nice pub. The welcome information pack was really helpful too.
