The friendliness of the staff who are john, jesus and diana are charming. the security, the pool is lovely for a hot day in Cartagena, it really is a plus 100!! The lodging is 5 minutes by car to the historic center on foot, approximately 30 minutes. The neighborhood where the lodging is located is the true culture of Cartagena, it is very quiet and unique. Do not be intimidated by the taxis that speak ill of this neighborhood. I reserved 1 day, I am going to stay 7 more days in this paradise, I recommend it 100% you will feel at home..
In every way service and accommodation resemble a 5 star lodging. Hotel is small but perfect. Staff is very helpful, professional and kind, room and hotel are beautifully decorated and comfortable, breakfast was exceptional, location excellent. Security and safety are great with 24/7 staff at premises.
