Location is perfect, very close to Graskop. The host was forthcoming with advices and suggestions. The host was amazingly warm and sweet, full of positive energy. We also somehow got a honeymoon chalet, that was very nice 😁. Super clean and fully packed with everything as listed on Booking.com. We were provided with earplugs, in case frogs from the dam decided to share their lound conversation with us,, fortunately didn't get to use them nor eavesdrop on their conversation.

We stayed at Dar Amane for one night on our way to the Kruger passing through the Panoramic Road. The place is well located close to God’s Window and is a haven of peace. The room was stunning with a private deck where a delicious breakfast was served. Henry and his staff were lovely and very helpful, he even booked us a table for dinner as they don’t have a restaurant. We would definitely recommend!

Although we didn‘t let Charl know up until an hour before our arrival, what time he could expect us, we were awaited with a warm welcome. We loved the tranquility right next to the river, yet so close to all the sights on the Panorama route and only a 5 min. drive to Graskop. We really enjoyed our morning walk to Lisbon Falls. The cabins are cozy and clean and we loved the fact that every thing is powered by sustainable energy. Thank you very much.
Beautiful location along the Lisbon River. It is a quiet place, in hilly nature with pretty views. Very friendly host, really takes the time. We can recommend to take a hike to the Lisbon falls, very pretty view. No wifi, so you can have a better connection with nature 😃.
Place was clean and very comfortable, friendly staff. The location was very central to all the attractions, Graskop Gorge, God's window, lisbon falls, Berlin falls. Bourkes luck potholes, Blyde river canyon, 3 Rondawels. We visited Pilgrims Rest on our way out of Graskop. Harry's pancakes was lovely. We took walks at night, that's how safe it is in Graskop. We enjoyed our swim at the accommodation pool.
We had a great time. The tent was beautiful. I love that the place is centrally located to all amenities and town is just two minutes away. God's window, Berlin falls, Lisbon falls and pinacle rock are just less than 15 minutes away. Drive to Kruger National Park Phabeni gate is 49 minutes away from the priperty
The house is fully equipped and is a perfect base for all activities around Graskop. We did the famous "Jock of the Bushveld Trail" by simply starting the walk directly from the house. Blyde River Canyon is just 30min by car from here, the Berlin and Lisbon Falls are much closer, so is God's Window, Pinnacle Rock and Wonder View.
Check in to The View was fairly straight forward. When we arrived, the owner was here to hand over the keys to us and to explain all details.
The place is close to most attraction places like God's window, The big swing, Lisbon falls,etc. With the ongoing loadshedding we did not waste money on takeaways as there was a gas stove available. The kitchen had all the necessary equipments. There's also grocery shops like shoprite and spar close by.
lovely little guesthouse with very friendly employees/owners, beautiful garden, room was good, loved the big window in the bathroom, food was nice - breakfast was included but they also offered to cook a 3 course menu for us which was very nice too :), very close to (some of the) attractions on panorama route like Berlin/Lisbon Falls, Pinnacle Rock, Gods Window, Wonder View.
