We love staying at this hotel, we have been loyal guests for years and for a reason. The staff is so friendly and kind, the food is fantastic, the rooms are luxurious and the position in town is very convenient. It is truly a special place, and an amazing experience. They put thought into everything, down to leaving a welcome note and snacks in your room before you arrive.
Everything is immaculate and spotless - there is no concern at all regarding the cleanliness of the hotel. True luxury in the Karoo.
Even when they were busy, they made efforts to make us comfortable. When the restaurant was busy on the 1st of January, they offered us a seat at the bar with complimentary bubbles. They really do go the extra mile to make you feel at home, away from home.
We are picky travellers, and we could not recommend this wonderful hotel enough.

Amazing from start to finish. Beautiful and elegant. Comfortable modern rooms, beautiful garden, with calm music playing in the background. Breakfast was delicious with home made bread and herbs from their garden. Over all lovely experience. Can't wait to go back. Thank you so much.

This historic cottage with internal courtyard is beautifully decorated and spacious. Our host Alecia was very friendly and accomodating, and provided us with useful info regarding the town. It's also great to arrive and find a few beers in the fridge after a long day on the road! It seemed as though Alecia had thought of everything.
