The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early. The room was beyond comfortable. It is spotless, clean, nice, spacious with a beautiful mountain view from our room, relaxing and comfortable bed and pillow that i can still feel now how comfortably it was. Breakfast offered with wide variety of food. It's a walking distance from the city center. There's a back gate access on the 1st floor, which is closer to Sapa Station.

They offer complimentary transfer to city centre every hour and back
The buffet breakfast was massive and best i had in Vietnam
Before i stayed in another hotel it was not as good as this hotel
I wish if i stayed here my whole trip in Sapa

Rason in the Restaurant made sure to explain dishes and handle our orders professionaly specially with our vegetable curry that we used to order every day and it was delicious thank you Rason and the chef.

A comfortable hotel with an affordable price is here. If you want to go to Sun Plaza, you only need 7 mins to walk. Staffs were amicable. They offered us complimentary breakfast, which was not included in our reservation.
Service was great. They speak English well and assisted us with everything that we needed including providing extra phone charger. The room had a great view. We enjoyed waking up every morning to see the panoramic mountain view right from the bed, and fresh cool air coming thru the wide open balcony throughout the day and night. The hotel location was a plus point as it was so near to Sun Plaza and Sapa Lake.
This hotel really close to downtown of Sapa. Really close to Sun Plaza , terminal to Fansipan. Staff really nice and can speak english and they can operate local tour or else. We are family with adult kids with 2 rooms. Here really good price when compare with others nearby. Plus super clean and has elevator but no breakfast included. It s not problem becoz too much local restaurants around that. Super!! 👍 👍

The hotel was in a great location--just a few minutes' walk to Sun Plaza and other attractions. It was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The laundry service was excellent. Great value for the price.
We like the location, because it is right in front of Sun Plaza and it is also near the Church and Lake, easy to get around Sapa Town on foot. Our room is on the 3rd floor, it is big, has 3 large beds and has a heater, there's also hot water in the shower. The owner is very helpful and friendly... he helped us with our tickets to Fansipan and also managed to book us a ride to Ga Lao Cai. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay in Sapa
The black coffee hahahaha. It was the best black coffee I have had in my entire stay in Vietnam for 11 days. It was boiling hot ideal for the freezing temperature in Sapa and not too bitter. The location was also close to Sun Plaza (the gateway to Mt. Fansipan) and close to the best restaurants in the area.
