The hotel is located inside another hotel entrance. The address and goggle map is not correct. Have to ask the owner to sent us video how to get there. It is located behind sun plaza. Have to carry luggage up and down the stairway when arrived. The tram railway pass by the hotel. It is the only hotel that has the closest tram view.
The breakfast is very basic and minimal, but enough for a start.
Location is fantastic as it is near Sapa Sun Plaza and central area. You will pass the hotel on your way to CatCat Village. We booked 2 bedroom villa, perched on 9th floor and you get a magnificent mountain view. On a sunny morning you can see the Fansipan from your balcony. Rooms are good sized for a family of 5. Heating works well too and you get a warm bed/room once back from the chilly outings. Cant quite appreciate the art/gallery hotel theme but nice to see bespoke paintings and art showcase all throughout the hotel.
The hotel is central to every service you need in Sapa, everything is within walking distance e.g sun plaza, sapa station where you catch a train to Muong Hoa station and Fanxipan cable car, or walk to Cat Cat village.
The hotel is warm and if needed you can turn the electric blanket on too to keep you warmer.
Staff are friendly and assist us to check timetable of cable car or other tours. We highly recommend this hotel!
Le Boutique Sapa Hotel is a very nice place to stay while in Sapa, just a few minutes from the famous Sun Plaza with a view over the mountains. Staff is very helpful and kind.

Everything, it is near the Sun Plaza where the train station and city square was. Ms Jenny and Ms Vanh and colleagues both super helpful before we arrive untip when we leave. They helped with all 3 levels of Sapa's most famous attraction, Fansipan Mountain. So glad we stayed with Eden Boutique Hotel
Amazing balcony view, marble tile floor, spacious room, good hot water in shower, basic amenities, helpful staff and the provided breakfast was very satisfying with a choice of a local rice/noodle meal and drink made to order. If you stay here you don't need to pay to go to viettreking cafe next door for the views. Plenty of cabs outside the hotel as it is next to the popular viettreking cafe so no issues getting cab anytime. About 5 min walk to sun plaza. Great staff and WhatsApp communication to settle all the logistical requests.
The room was clean and comfy and the interior was beautiful. The bed is big and comfy and the room is clean. The location was superb! It's located across the Sun Plaza and has a lot of restaurants and stores around. You would enjoy walking around the streets outside as there are a lot to see and can rest real quick on your nearby hotel.
Nothing to complain. A perfect 10 score for the hotel. The staff are very nice, helpful. Just 5 minutes walking distance to Sun Plaza using the back alley of the hotel. We got upgraded to Premium Deluxe room. Love every bits of this place. Highly recommended!
The view from our room was exceptional. You can see the train coming and going through out the day. The hotel is 6 mins walk from sun plaza. The breakfast was nothing short of amazing! All the items on the menu were delicious. The 5 days we were there we had breakfast at the hotel everyday. Staff were helpful and friendly. Check this hotel out if you are ever in Sapa
