This is the most luxurious hotel in Sapa, located in very city centre, which makes him very convenient. Staff is very professional, always helpful. Rooms are big, clean and tidy. Reach breakfast with different options. SPA is also included in the price, but you need to book it at least 30 min in advance. If you are planning to go to Fansipan mountain, i highly recommend purchase tickets via hotel, it will gives you WOW passes, which allows you go with no queues to the funicular and cable car.

Everything, it is near the Sun Plaza where the train station and city square was. Ms Jenny and Ms Vanh and colleagues both super helpful before we arrive untip when we leave. They helped with all 3 levels of Sapa's most famous attraction, Fansipan Mountain. So glad we stayed with Eden Boutique Hotel
Amazing balcony view, marble tile floor, spacious room, good hot water in shower, basic amenities, helpful staff and the provided breakfast was very satisfying with a choice of a local rice/noodle meal and drink made to order. If you stay here you don't need to pay to go to viettreking cafe next door for the views. Plenty of cabs outside the hotel as it is next to the popular viettreking cafe so no issues getting cab anytime. About 5 min walk to sun plaza. Great staff and WhatsApp communication to settle all the logistical requests.
The room was clean and comfy and the interior was beautiful. The bed is big and comfy and the room is clean. The location was superb! It's located across the Sun Plaza and has a lot of restaurants and stores around. You would enjoy walking around the streets outside as there are a lot to see and can rest real quick on your nearby hotel.
Nothing to complain. A perfect 10 score for the hotel. The staff are very nice, helpful. Just 5 minutes walking distance to Sun Plaza using the back alley of the hotel. We got upgraded to Premium Deluxe room. Love every bits of this place. Highly recommended!
The view from our room was exceptional. You can see the train coming and going through out the day. The hotel is 6 mins walk from sun plaza. The breakfast was nothing short of amazing! The room is clean and spacious, offering views of the mountains and tram line. Additionally, it is conveniently located just about 1 km from Cat Cat Village and a 700-meter walk to Sun Plaza Station. The hotel provides a delicious buffet breakfast. We also took advantage of the massage and laundry services, both of which were excellent.
The staff, particularly Toan, are incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing responsive and attentive service.
Booked double room with mountain view. The view was good! It’s a minute walk to Sun plaza Sapa station. The restaurant has variety of dishes and the breakfast also has lot of vegetarian options. The staff is kind and helpful.
They charge 3% for payments by credit card. So do many stores, restaurants in Sapa. It’s better to carry cash just in case. My husband forgot his mobile at the hotel and realized it after we reached Lao Cai station. Fortunately, the hotel staff arranged a taxi to deliver the phone before our train departure.
It was a great experience! Neat and clean and well maintained room! Sung who was in reception and also incharge of the hotel provided great service for us. He is very polite and respectful! Also this hotel is near to Sun Plaza which is additional advantage! Also few kms to Moana Sapa so access to tourist places is easy!!!
