Hem dormit en habitacions diferents i hi ha molta diferència segons l'habitació on dormis, ja que alguna no tenia ni finestres i era molt bàsica.
Et donen solucions als problemes. Vam fer diferents dies de reserva no seguits i algun dia no teníem l'habitació, però ens ho van solucionar de seguida. Ens van guardar amablement l'equipatge uns dies.
Són molt amables.

Ens hem allotjat en aquest hotel en tres ocasions, entre el 30 d’agost i el 9 de setembre, però no de manera consecutiva i la nostra valoració és molt positiva.
L’hotel està molt ben situat. Cèntric, a menys de cinc minuts caminant del llac, però en un carreró tranquil.
Els llits són molt grans i molt còmodes.
L’aire acondicionat sempre en funcionament, encara que estiguis fora de l’hotel.
L’esmorzar abundant i variat, tant per gustos occidentals com orientals, i el serveixen a partir de les 6.30 h.
La wi-fi amb molt bona connexió.
Vam utilitzar el transport privat de l’aeroport a l’hotel i va ser perfecte.
El que valorem més de tot, és l’atenció i amabilitat del personal i en especial de la Lyn, que a més, és una gran profesional i molt atenta. Vam mantenir contacte des que vam fer la reserva, i quan vam arribar a Hanoi el primer detall va ser poder fer el check-in a les 8h del matí i allotjar-nos en una habitació superior a la que havíem reservat, sense cap càrrec adicional.
Durant la nostra estada ens va recomanar llocs per visitar, ens va facilitar deixar l’equipatge a l’hotel els dies que vam estar a la Bahia de Ha Long, , ens va organitzar el transport per anar a Mai Chau, i ens va canviar les dates de la reserva de les darreres nits degut al tifó, sense cap mena de problema.
Tot han estat facilitats i molt bona atenció, per part de tots.
Un hotel molt recomanable al que tornaríem sense cap dubte.

Hotel molt ben situat per visitar la zona del llac de Hoan Kiem i tot l'ambient que es desplega els caps de setmana pels voltants. L'esmorzar se serveix a l'hotel que hi ha just creuant el carrer i és molt complet i deliciós. Tot el personal es mostra extremadament amable. La nostra habitació era força espaiosa i disposava d'un parell de butaquetes per poder llegir i descansar després de recórrer la ciutat, qüestió que valorem molt en les nostres estades.

Ubicació excelent, perfecte per fer Hanoi caminant. Habitació amb aire condicionat i llit comode, ens va tocar a la planta 8 i no s’escoltava res. Personal molt agradable i disposats a ajudar. Hi havia tant esmorzar tradicional com esmorzar europeu (pancakes, truita). És un bon lloc per la estada a Hanoi.
