Not only is this the best hotel in town, but it’s also the tallest building around—talk about literally rising above the rest! Everything was spot on, and they even upgraded my room (yes, I’m a VIP now). The pool? Fantastic. The food? Delicious. And the staff? They treated me like I was some long-lost cousin finally back for the family reunion.
My room was massive, and the bathtub? Let’s just say I soaked in it like I was plotting world domination. If I ever return to Hue, this is exactly where you’ll find me—probably in that bathtub again!

My top stay in Vietnam for sure. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was overall cosy. The brealfast was delicious, you could order what you like the night before and there is a buffet to pick from. I always had the classic Pho from Hue, and it was amazing. The staff was really nice. I didn’t want to do much, more just relax, tour around the forbitten city, go to the besch etc and the staff were mot trying to push some tours on me like I have experienced in previous hotels. Linda and the crew in the reception asked me how I had slept every morning and were really attendive, small things like that really matter.

really enjoyed the stay. Very helpful and friendly staff, tidy rooms with colorfully painted walls, which makes the room really cozy. The pool on the rooftop is open until evening and offers a nice view over the city at night. I personelly would have preferred more vegan options at the breakfast, but thats maybe a quite special request. The breakfast has a lot of tasty fruits and crepe.

Beautifully designed hotel with five star amenities (lovely swimming pool, spa,..). Extremely friendly staff attending to all our needs. Good location to explore the old city of Hue from (on the other side of the river). Conveniently close to Hue railway station. Great buffet breakfast!

- All infrastructure needed in less than 5 minutes walk on the main road (street food, hairdresser)
- Spacious room with large windows and excellent en suite bathroom
- Nice common area on ground floor with fridge for joint use
- Good English language communication with owner (possibility to enter the common area already before check-in to deposit luggage)
A colonial hotel with lovely architecture in which we were really looking forward to staying. So much so, we hired a car and driver to get to The Silk Path Hotel from Da Nang. The bed was very comfortable and there was a huge choice for breakfast which was set in a lovely restaurant. We enjoyed a walk by the Perfume River to the left and across the road from the hotel skirting the side of the Music Academy. The hotel is very convenient to Hue Railway Station about 4 mins walk away. The bathroom and bathtub were very well appointed.
A very comfortable clean room. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Very quiet, it is at the end of a small alley off one of the main walking streets. Close to many excellent restaurants. Only a short taxi ride to Hue railway station and the ancient citadel.
