The hotel was in an excellent position for restaurants s shopping and sights.
The staff were lovely and especially the manager Jack. They were all so helpful and accommodating.

Great location. The hotel is located in the heart of the Old Quarter, 3 minute walking distance to the Hoan Kiem lake and has all the local commerces around. Where you have access to coffees, food, drinks, markets and everything!
Hotel is inside of an alley, do pay attention when you are on the main street nearby. Hotel staff are exceptionally friendly and ready to share with you Vietnamese culture and history. The whole team made us feel welcomed and we had a good stay.

The location is perfect - a short walk to the lovely Hoan Kiem lake, surrounded by many shops, cafes and eateries yet set back enough so as not to be noisy. Breakfast is wonderful in the equally amazing sister hotel across the road.

We had a superb 5 night stay in June at the Hanoi Lheritage. The location is great, only a minute to Hoan Kiem lake and Hanoi nightlife. The hotel facilities, especially the breakfast .Martin and the staff team were very attentive, doing everything possible to make our stay most enjoyable. He arranged a trip for us to Hanglong Bay and recommended some good local restaurants, all were perfect. Thank you all at the Lheritage for a fantastic stay, we will recommend you to our family and friends for the future
The hotel was in such an amazing location, right in the hustle and bustle of the old quarter and hoan Kiem lake right behind it. The staff were so hopeful with bookings and we loved the hotel so much that we extended our stay there.
The location of the hotel is undoubtedly convenient, providing easy access to many attractions and amenities like the Hoàn Kiếm Lake and the old French Quarter. The classic and somewhat rustic decor of the room gives it a nice vibe. But that's it. There are more cons than pros for us.
Everything, upgraded rooms from hotel, location close to everything you want to see in the Hanoi old quarter, best banh mi, best local bakery, money exchange, hoan kiem lake, st. Joseph catedral, etc.
The road in front of the hotel is not busy, quite quiet

Excellent stay at Amira Hotel.
The hotel is about 6-7 mins walk from central (Hoan Kiem Lake) where most of the tourist attractions were; water puppet, train street cafes, etc. It’s at a much quieter street with many local restaurants and spas around.
They also had a decent selection of breakfast.

I have given this property a 10 as I agreed with one of the staff that I would do so in exchange for a room upgrade from deluxe to suite. That said, I would have still given it a 9 as our room was clean & comfy with a city view, a rarity in old quarters. The bathroom was equally clean. The property is perfect for a walk to the Hanoi night market & Hoan Kiem lake. The staff were courteous, helpful & spoke English. There are some good Vietnamese restaurants nearby.
The hotel is well located in the old town and is only a 7 minute walk to Hoan Kiem lake and the weekend street market. All of the staff are so helpful and helped set up a SIM card with 4GB each day for 30 days which was very affordable. Lily booked a Ha Giang loop tour and Ha Long Bay tour both of which were great and at a competitive price. Breakfast always had good choice and the restaurant has a lovely view over Hanoi. The room was clean and WiFi worked really well. Would highly recommend.
