The best staff and service I've encountered in Vietnam! They are so welcoming and helpful. The hotel and rooms look very nice and clean and the bathrooms are the best I've had in Vietnam - very well designed. Great value for money. I would give it a 10/10 if I could sleep well.

This was my favourite hotel during our Vietnam trip. Tucked down an alley so pretty quiet but close to everything and a comfortable room, with fresh fruit supplied daily. What makes it special are the staff - Rosie, Ryan and Linda particularly looked after us during the stay. Highly recommend and wish we could have stayed longer

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Beautifully decorated with Indochine. Staff super helpful and friendly. Prime location, very near the Truong Tien bridge and Dong Ba market. Rooms pretty spacious and clean.
Location is very good. Close to walking street which has lots of restaurants and bars. Also close to some great local restaurants. Everything else is just a short Grab ride away. Dong Ba Market is just right across the river.
The receptionist were very helpful, they booked us a bus with sightseeing to Hoi An. The location is very good, walking distance to the Imperial City, and Dong Ba Market.

I chose this hotel because it's ancient, 120 year old until now,
It locates very central, faced 4 main roads, opposite Perfume River and Truong Tien bridge, very close to main attractions like Imperial Citadel, Dong Ba market, ... so that I can reach them easily by walk or cycle that very popular of tourist here (I love the feelling sitting on a cycle and very slowly enjoy the city).
