En primer lloc m'agradaria destacar el tracte, servei, atenció i professionalitat, rebut per part de tot el personal de l'hotel, i, en especial, del Duc, de la Lyn, del Mark i de l'Anna. Hem utilitzat el servei de taxi que ens van oferir per recollir-nos a l'aeroport i tornar-nos a portar, i el recomano cent per cent. També hem contractat mitjançant l'hotel un tour per anar al Delta del Mekong i ha estat excepcional. L'hotel està ubicat en un carrer tranquil, però a la vegada cèntric i envoltat de restaurants, cafeteries, comerços i llocs per visitar. A cinc minuts caminant del mercat de Ben Thanh i a deu de l'Opera. L'habitació on nosaltres ens vam allotjar té les vistes a Bitexco Financia Tower. De nit, tant la torre con um dels edificis propers estan il·luminats i val a dir que es maco de veure. L'habitació era espaiosa i el llit còmode. L'esmorzar tipus bufet, molt bo, abundant, variat, amb molta fruita fresca, i amb menú tant per gustos orientals com occidentals. I la terrassa on es serveix és un lloc molt bonic i també amb vistes a la ciutat. La connexió wi-fi era molt bona. S'agraeix el servei de bugaderia gratuït que ofereixen a diari. El mateix dia, a la tarda, ens tornaven la roba neta al mateix cistell on l'havíem deixat al matí. El darrer dia, després de fer el check-out (10h) i abans de marxar a l'aeroport (16h), a banda de deixar l'equipatge a l'hotel, ens va poder dutxar i utilitzar la mateixa habitació on ens havíem allotjat, per fer-ho, canviar-nos, etc. És d'agrair també, totes les recomanacions que ens van fer, des del primer dia, tant el Duc com el Mark, sobretot pel que fa a restaurants "locals", cafès, activitats, etc. Ens vam allotjar cinc nits a l'hotel i ens hi hem trobat molt a gust. El recomanem al cent per cent, i si tornem repetirem sense cap dubte.
