Fantàstic hotel!!! Havien obert feia poc i realment es notava perquè tot era nou, net i cuidat, i tenia molt d’encant. A més és un hotel molt cèntric.
L’habitació molt acollidora i els espais immillorables, sobretot la piscina al terrat. L’esmorzar també molt bó i variat.
Però sobretot destacar el personal que era molt atent i amable. Gràcies a tot el staff i en especial a la Ha Nguyen que fins i tot ens va resoldre un tema dels vols a Da Nang trucant a la companyia. Hotel molt recomanable!!! I gràcies a aquesta experiència al continuar el viatge per Vietnam vem anar a altres hotels de la cadena Siesta tot i que només a menjar ja que teníem el viatge planificat i realment no van defraudar en especial el La Siesta Premium Hang Be Hotel de Hanoi amb un gran restaurant al terrat i bones vistes.

Excel·lent servei i atenció de tot el personal (recepció, grums, restauració, equip directiu). Gràcies a tots per estar pendent en tot moment del que puguis necessitar i proporcionar un servei de qualitat. L'esmorzar és variat i ofereixen un completíssim afternoon tea. L'hotel té dues parts una de nova, moderna i una altra que han remodelat. Les dues estan molt bé. La situació és molt bona, al costat d'un turístic mercat. A pocs minuts caminant d'algunes visites com l'Òpera, l'Ajuntament... Hi ha moltes opcions de menjar al voltant, petits locals a bon preu, A prop hi ha els centre comercials: Saigon Center i el Takashimaya amb moltes més opcions de menjar i compres.
