I was celebrating 2 years of marriage and previously informed the staff. They gave us 2 welcome drinks at the check in and also gifted us with chocolate and a very cute message.
One day the room service made towel swans in our bed, only a detail but made us happy.
The room was very clean when we got there and a good size. The bathroom was good, nice shower.
The location is also good, since it is near a lot of restaurants and grocery stores.
All the receptionists were very kind, specially Vanessa.
They offer all the meals in the hotel (at the same -expensive- price as most restaurants in the area), which is very practical when is just too cold to go outside, rainy or you're just too tired from all of tourist walks.
