The staff were awesome. Super helpful. Coffee 24 hours. Staff are super friendly. They keep the place spotless and safe. Room is cleaned daily with fresh towels and the bed made. It was wonderful.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and made our stay really wonderful. The room and bathroom were very clean and the room was very comfortable. The view from the bedroom window is great. We would happily stay again next time we visit New York.

This was beyond our expectation. Had a great time here! Rooms were comfortable and had all that we needed. It was close to subway stations and next to the Apollo theatre which we ended up going to. Staff were great! There were some hit and misses with the hotel food but no big deal. you have plenty of options when you venture out.
