L'hotel està molt bé, molt ben situat, al costat de l'estació Fulton i de l'Oculus. Personal molt amable, llits còmodes, bona dutxa, sense sorolls, cada dia et posen ampolletes d'aigua i reposen el material de bany que s'ha gastat, si plou et faciliten paraigües. Una molt bona experiència. A prop de l'hotel hi ha molts llocs on menjar: bagels a Zucker, pizza a talls a 2 brothers, hamburgueses 7th Street, etc. Es pot anar caminant fins al pont de Brooklyn.
